Payment
Payment is required on the day of your appointment. E-transfer is the preferred method of payment and can be sent to rhian.summitwellness@gmail.com.
Insurance Coverage
Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for counselling services with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Following payment, you will receive a receipt by email that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage, including any limits, deductibles, or requirements related to counselling services provided by an RCC.
Clients are responsible for all fees associated with counselling services, including payment, insurance submissions, and reimbursement claims.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy; however, clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointment dates and times.
