    Rates

    $140 per 50 min session

    $210 per 75 min session

    *As of January 2023, GST will be added to all session fees

    Payment

    All sessions are paid in full at the end of each session. E-transfer is my preferred payment method and can be sent to [email protected].

    Insurance

    Once payment has been received, a receipt will be provided by email for you to submit to your insurance provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully to ensure you are covered for a Registered Clinical Counsellor

    Payment, insurance billing, and reimbursement are the sole responsibility of the client.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment scheduled.

    At this time, I do not provide appointment reminders. It is up to you to keep track of the time and date of our agreed appointment. Emergency situations are exceptions to this policy and will be evaluated and discussed in the context of your treatment on a case-by-case basis.
