    Rates & Insurance

    Rates

    $140 per 50 min session, $210 per 75 min session

    Payment

    All sessions are paid in full at the end of each session. E-transfer is my preferred payment method and can be sent to [email protected].

    Insurance

    A receipt will be provided by email for you to submit to your insurance carrier. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

    • Do I have mental health/counselling insurance benefits?
    • May I choose my own therapist?
    • Do my benefits include counselling provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor?
    • What is the recommended coverage amount per therapy session?
    • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

    Payment, insurance billing, and reimbursement are the responsibility of the client.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment scheduled. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file.

    On the exceptionally rare occasion that I need to cancel your appointment, I will offer your following session at no charge. At this time, I do not provide appointment reminders. It is up to you to keep track of the time and date of our agreed appointment. Emergency situations are exceptions to this policy and will be evaluated and discussed in the context of your treatment on a case-by-case basis.
